Not bad, coupon issue
Came across this site after same product went up from $14.00 to $29 on Amazon. What brought me to purchase was pricing with a coupon. However, at checkout, they wouldn't honor coupon unless I set up for a reoccurring delivery. Ridiculous. I did decide to order, however I decreased the amount I was spending due to this issue. Shipping speed was also reason it knocked down another star. Twice as long as Amazon.

MR FRODO AND HIS BROTHER PIPPIN ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE DOG FOOD
I rtecently tried something I never thought of doing....I ordered my dog food online from PetFlow.com and am so pleased with the on time delivery, plus the price is the same as it was in the store I had to drive to and order it, then drive again to pick it up.
This is so convenient. Plus my first order was no shipping and a discount applied also. That was great. Now I am having my dog food delivered on a scheduled time and I sure hope that once in a while I get some free shipping again....

I liked it!
My cat loved the Booda soft bite mice! She plays with them all the time. She really doesn't care too much for the Double treat ball and the crinkle cat toy. She loves the Salmon Treats (Salmon is her favorite flavor)! The catnip markers are okay. I haven't given my cat the chicken treats yet or the cat food. The cat food is in a really big can though! Thanks for the box!

Disappointed
I was expecting way more, out of everything the Puggers really only ate the Flossy. He spit out both treats when I tried to see if he'd like them, and he's deathly afraid of squeaky toys, so the toy, although cute, will have to be hidden. :(

I just love Petflow - you get to try things you would probably never even see while picking up pet supplies. My dogs stand around waiting for me to open the package & see what kind of goodies we have this time. I think it is a great bargain & a lot of fun. And the best part is it comes directly to your door which is really nice for people who have difficulties getting around. I have recommended it to several friends. Love it!

Great looking shirt!
My daughter wanted a 3-D Basset Hound shirt and we finally found one on PetFlow and she loves it. Looks like our basset hound, Sammy before he lost his right eye. Love the shirts, love the products. Our's arrived in an envelope type package. Keep up the great work.

Pandora is Spoiled Rotten!
I have 5 cats. Yes, 5. You need to create a bigger box because one of my cats, Pandora, does not want to share the fabulous box we got yesterday. We'd also like to know if you have an affiliate program. You're ambassador page doesn't work. We'd like to share you with our readers on our website Purrsandhisses.com BTW the scratch 'n sniff stickers are still being enjoyed by my furkids.

WOW!!!!
I recently had a very hard time finding Royal Canin Mimi Mature + 8 dog food in the 13 pound bag. After trying several pet stores locally, I called Royal Canin direct. They referred me to PetFlow. And am I ever glad they did!!! Not only did I find just what I needed, but the customer service representative (Corey Dockery) was EXTREMELY helpful in helping me place my order. Plus, he took a moment the next day to send me a follow-up email, offering future assistance if needed. I received my order soon after, and am very pleased with the overall experience. I will definitely be buying my dog food from PetFlow from now on! And.......I would also like to thank PetFlow for contacting me yesterday (via email) in regard to the Oklahoma Disaster. I was very impressed with the fact that PetFlow was waiving shipping on any donated order sent to the Oklahoma shelters. However, I decided to just sent a check directly to the Moore, Oklahoma Animal Shelter so they can just purchase what they need most. I also appreciate the list of Oklahoma Animal Shelters and their addresses. Good to know that the Moore Shelter right there on the outskirts of Moore was not destroyed! Thank you PetFlow!!! I give you not 5 stars, but 10!!!!!

"STRESS RELIEVER"
PetFlow.com is a great help keeping my 5 shelties fed. I heard about PetFlow.com from a flyer @ Loreal " Your Dog is Worth It Too Day " in Cranberry NJ. I was spending alot of time shopping around for the best buy, then when I got to the store, they were out of my food. Wasted gas, and time!.. Now I simply selected my food brand (always in stock) and other doggie essentials, set up my delievery schedule, put in my payment option..clicked "submit" . WhooHoo! All Done! Everything is delievered to my front door when ordered, and is excellent condition. No more emergency food runs...because I forgot to pick up dog food. Prices are the same as my local retailers, except they are delievered to me. Win Win! Thanks, keep up the good work PetFlow!

Saves time and gas!
With gas prices these days, it would cost 2 gallons of gas to go to and return from the closest store where our brand of dog food might be found. I say might be found because it is often not available. PetFlow has a much better selection and so far has our brand in stock. Being retired, the savings is appreciated.

Good concept but not valuable
I like to order pet needs like food on a monthly basis. It's like a no think no forget plan. Unfortunately the food is more expensive than my local petsmart sales which it always seems like my brand is on sale plus I earn $5 coupons almost monthly due to the amount I spend there making my food cheaper and my loyalty stronger and leaving the convince of mail order as not an option.

Petflow makes my dog so happy!
I tried Petflow after hearing about it on LivingSocial.com. They had a wide variety of treats and products to choose from, and clearly label which ones are MADE IN THE USA. I love that. My dog is a part of the family, and I try to give him the best treats possible that will keep him healthy and happy. Mission accomplished, Petflow.

Awesome and affordable way to get all your pet needs!
I was extremely excited to give PetFlow a try with ordering all my cat supplies. We have 6 cats and they are quite particular about their food and enjoy variety. Our local pet stores do not always have the items enjoyed by the cats in stock.
PetFlow had all and much more to choose from. We have now received our 2nd order and extremely happy with the quick delivery and the ability to adjust the automatic shipment to meet the current needs.

Ease of ordering online. Luxury of avoiding the store.
I bought a Deal on one of the social shopping sites and was eager to use it once I was running low on dog food. Initially, I was unable to find the brand of dog food I was looking for (Merrick) . It seemed odd that the site would have some lines of the brand and not others. After more searching I found it by flavor and after that it was smooth sailing. Delivery was super fast and ease of ordering now that I know where to look is good. Definitely room to improve on their search features, but the minor inconvenience was worth the 2-3 day delivery.

Great value and prompt delivery
I have already recommended this site to my pet owner friends. In the tough economy of the past few years, it has been very difficult at times to have enough for expensive flea & tick protection for my dog. I was thrilled to find this site with significantly lower prices!

That endorsement gave me some confidence, which was then reinforced by the speed of shipment, quality of received products, and reasonable prices compared to my local pet store. Try them!

Great price, shipping ETA could be more accurate.
I was pleased to see that I could afford to get my dogs' food delivered to our home. However, it looked as though they marked the item for shipping (which provided an ETA) nearly immediately. Sounds great, but the issue was that the package wasn't actually handed off to FedEx until the very day it was stated to arrive. This made tracking & being home to receive the delivery a challenge & quite annoying. I'm a first time buyer through this site & do not know if I will be purchasing again.

Petflow.com is an awesome alternative to shopping in your local pet food store. It always came down to the last minute of rushing out to get the bulky bags of dog food--which is only available at a few stores because we use a "boutique" brand of grain-free food. Not only does Petflow.com carry our brand, but they delivered it to our door within 2 days for free!! What can be better??

Very inexpensive
My dog loves bully sticks, but they're kind of expense; around $2.50 each locally. But I bought them from PetFlow for only $.99 each. What a deal!!!

shopping UI was cluttered and shipping took too long
I purchased a groupon like deal for petflow and the idea seemed so convenient and novel. The only problem is their UI for their website doesn't really provide for an easy shopping experience and they take too long to shop.
Over all it was nice that they had all the brands I usually shop from, but I'm not sure if there's an advantage to shopping with them online again vs just picking it up in the store.
