Pessimo affare o almeno sembrava tale!!!!

Finalmente sabato, in mattinata, così come mi era stato preannunciato (anche se non era la prima volta che mi veniva detta una data di consegna)ho ricevuto il mio ordine.L'oggetto da me richiesto è assolutamente autentico e praticamente perfetto.
Si è dimostrato essere un sito affidabile, anche se come molti di voi ben sapranno, ci sono molte difficoltà a mettersi in contatto ed a volte ci si sente abbandonati.
Se siete deboli di cuore o vi agitate facilmente forse non è il sito adatto a voi, ma se avete pazienza e non vi attenete troppo a quelle che sono le condizioni del contratto( es. consegna in 3/5 gg; quindi, se come nel mio caso, si tratta di un regalo vi consiglio di muovervi anche un mesetto prima della ricorrenza) e con un pizzico di fortuna, che non deve mai mancare, vedrete finalmente realizzare il vostro sogno.
Penso, presto, di fare nuovi ordini.

oggi ( 23 marzo) all'ora di pranzo è arrivato il primo dei due
pacchi che mi avevi assicurato sarebbero arrivati per oggi.Dopo aver
sentito il servizio clienti della gls, questi mi hanno confermato che
avevano solo un pacco in consegna,ovviamente mi è arrivata solo la
scatola regalo , mentre della borsa ancora nessuna notizia. Ero convinto che il numero di spedizione da te datomi ieri si riferisse alla borsa, ma forse ci siamo capiti male.
Gradirei avere al più presto una tua telefonata per poter risolvere questo disguido, visto che come vedo sul vostro sito adesso il mio ordine risulta addirittura evaso.

My wife has ordered a bag on 25 April 2012 (Order No. 19968). 22 days have passed, haven't received the item yet. She has sent five emails to enquiry about the order. After long delay, my wife has sent a email to cancel the order and claim the money back on 16 May 2012, but has no any reply received yet.

Good product, poor service.

I ordered a pair of Gucci shoes, because they were priced quite a bit cheaper than on any other site. The shoes themselves are utterly gorgeous, I couldn't be happier with them.

However, it took about three weeks for them to be dispatched - and I had to email Fashion Queen on three separate occasions before I received any reply. They promised me that the process had been delayed due to a national holiday in Italy and that they would be shipped on the 30th April. This didn't happen, so I contacted them again and the shoes were finally dispatched about a week later.

It's quite worrying when you spend a large amount of money on something, it isn't dispatched and when you contact the company to find out what's happening they don't respond to your emails.

Fantastic product, and reasonably priced. But Fashion Queen really need to improve their customer service skills.

I had a fulfilling experience shopping at FashionQueen.net.

I truly recommend shopping at FashionQueen.net, for high end goods. The merchandise arrives in a very carefully made package, and mine came with its own dustbag and a FashionQueen bigger dustbag to cover the product.
The merchandise as well, has all the cards and certificates that the brand cares, and the prices are at an important discount from the original price in retail stores. It shows that the product is brand new, like buying in a regular store.

lentissimi..........

E' la terza volta che acquisto da questo sito....
la prima volta tutto bene, la seconda un pò meno mi hanno consegnato un modello al posto un altro, poi mi hanno fatto un buono che avevo speso in un paio di scarpe da bambino, ma che dopo una lunghissima tiritela mi dicono che il prodotto era esaurito.... quindi mi accreditano di nuovo l'importo... faccio di nuovo un altro acquisto, esattamente il 14 aprile, e ad oggi non ho ancora ricevuto niente.

Very bad experience !!!

One of the products that I ordered was not available. I was only informed about the situation more than two weeks after I placed the order. Also, email response was very poor when FashionQUeen.net could not give you an answer.

The money was finally refunded a month after I placed the order.

Today arrive my order and it's what I expected-great Gucci shoes! Thank you fashionqueen! I was nervous becouse I wait more then 20 days for to send my purchase (I ordered on 07.04)nobody inform me that is so slowly and not like in terms and conditions, I was near to cancel the transaction but after I was really nice surprised! Sure I will order again, patience is worth!

deludente

ho fatto un ordine a dicembre, ovviamente pagato in anticipo e dopo tante email inviate e tante risposte di scuse, il prodotto acquistato non mi è mai arrivato, infatti sto aspettando ancora il rimborso.

Ogni oggetto che ho cambiato mi è stato detto che non era più disponibile dopo vari miei solleciti. mi è stato detto anche diverse volte che era stato spedito con un numero tracciabile che poi risultava inesistente.

Mi hanno mandato dei regalini di scusa che se li potevano evitare invece di mandarmi gli articoli che volevo.

Una cintura me l'hanno mandata solo dopo che ho chiesto il rimborso (che era abbastanza grande). una volta che hanno ottenuto ciò che volevano, farmi accontentare e ora il rimborso e poco, mi vengono a dire che è possibile farmi rimborsare.

Tutto ciò è documentabile tramite le email che ci siamo inviate.

Molto deluso, non acquisterò più da voi e anzi farò anche della pessima pubblicità.

I have bought a wallet Gucci , and when I got it , I could see straightway it was a fake , than I went to th Gucci store and email Gucci , I was told they are NOT. Authorised to sell Gucci . I emailed to send it back , and they have arranged the pick up with ups . Now I have to wait x my refund. My credit card told me that they will take back what I paid to them if they don't refund .

Estremamente deluso

la mia delusione nasce dal fatto che avendo effettuato un semplicissimo ordine mi aspettavo che la gestione dello stesso fosse, considerando il blasone che riveste la Fashionqueen, gestito in maniera più professionale. Invece ho pagata, sulla mia pelle i vari errori che sono stati commessi, ed a tutt'oggi a distanza di 10 giorni dall'ordine non ho ancora ricevuto tutta la merce ordinata! Per me e' assurdo considerando che altri siti che vendono abbigliamento meno importante del vostro, riescono ad evadere senza problemi e con tempi certi tutti gli ordini!

Did give my money back!

I ordered a belt from this website, but was not satisfied with my purchase and organised return of this item through GLS delivery company which is their partner. They gave me the tracking number and I can see that the item was delivered to Fashionqueen on 28th of March. Still now, almost 1 MONTH PASSED and I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY MONEY BACK!!! The company no longer replies my emails.

soddisfatta!

Ho fatto tre acquisti sul sito e devo dire che sono rimasta abbastanza soddisfatta...dico abbastanza perchè il primo me lo hanno spedito dopo 3 giorni, il secondo hanno ritardato un pò e per il terzo ci è voluto un mese...xò devo dire che gli ho scritto e-mail per avere notizie diverse volte e sono sempre stati esaurienti e gentili...quindi direi esperienza positiva! spendi un sacco di soldi per roba firmata ed è normale che hai paura che sia un 'pacco' se dopo un pò di giorni non hai notizie ma se dall'altra parte sono sempre presenti e disponibili a darti spiegazioni è ok!!! continuerò a comprarci!

Ottimo acquisto

Meriterebbero 5 stelle solo per come sono stati pazienti alle mie infinite email essendo una cliente super ansiosa e rompiscatole che dire!! Tutto perfetto ho avuto una borsa bellissima oltre che originalissima con tanto di sconto che offrono a tutti come politica fashionqueen cosa che non avrei mai avuto presso lo store o un qualsiasi rivenditore !! Faccio spesso affari con loro sono molto disponibili bisogna essere fortunati a non beccare il giorno in cui sono sovracaricati di email ; le spedizioni impiegano i tempi previsti salvo casi eccezionali perché a me su una decina di ordini il ritardo sulla spedizione l ho avuto solo in due casi inoltre erano presente nei due articoli due omaggi bellissimi!! A chi non fa piacere ricevere un regalo a sorpresa??naturalmente sto già effettuando un altro acquisto!!!!grazie fashionqueen
