Brilliant company
Google offer so many great features and unique services. They are my number one search engine and I wouldn't even think about using another!

The only search source
Interesting to see a few of you use bing. I started off on this years ago, but flet the results were not as good as google

Google is just great. Few years back when I use only Bing as SE I didn't get good info..Now we get the maximum.

Google play couldn't organise a nut roast in a hazel wood
Ordered nexus 10 for someone who couldn't buy one. Website said it would ship in two or three WEEKS. Ordered at 330am. In the morning found out my friend had already bought one so thought cancelling with such a long lead time would not be a problem. How wrong I was! Actually was dispatched next day. I thought I had tried in vain to stop it and was told by their California call centre (yes California) that it could not be stopped. Was tracking parcel on TNT website when status was up as "please ring". TNT were extremely helpful and said it had not actually been dispatched and they would return it to google so I could get a prompt refund. Have emailed to confirm that google have actually cancelled order but heard nothing back. I would not attempt to buy anything from google again as it is much better to collect their product from a shop or even Amazon, who appear to know what they're doing. .

No customer service or help
I've had problems with my gmail, you could not find answers to the FAQ, frequently asked questions, etc. It was impossible to find any contact information or help in this regard.

I think it's safe to say every one loves Google! It's become an verb to 'Google' something you don't know, should be added to the English dictionary.

Don't push your browser
1: If I wanted Chrome, I would ask for it. Please stop trying to make us download it all the time. 2: Censorship for political reasons, regardless of who's opinion it is, is NEVER in the best interest of the people. There are lots of things that advertisers cannot offer on Google and I do not appreciate your agenda stopping me seeing stuff I want. If it is illegal - then fine. Otherwise, back off.

Very useful search engine
Ha what to say about google other then this is the only search engine to use if you wanna find the right thing right away...I was actually just on a company day visiting Microsoft the other day, and they said that Bing was the best search engine on the market and 15 people just busted in to laughter...Keep up the good work Google

The standard that keeps getting better for surfing online.
Forgot how many years I've been using google to use the web, and honestly have no desire or need at all to use anyone else. They're the best and keep getting better, don't bother with anyone else. Muchas gracias to all at google that make the internet so easy to use!

brillant search
What can I say about Google, they do exactly what they say the do, and do it well. The free Google sites are fantastic, I have already set up several friends with no computer skills with web sites.
Google is my homepage, always has been and always will :-)

I love goggle chrome - its fast!
Goggle chrome is the best - faster than all the rest
Unlike internet explorer when you can make a cuppa tea while waiting for it to load, seems to have umpteen sites trying to join in although I have them blocked

Very useful search engine
Almost always finds something useful that I am searching for, and sometimes finds things I wasn't looking for, but also prove useful.
I have only found 1 thing, and I forget what that was, where there was only 1 hit; usually the hits number in the 100's of 1,000's or 1,000,000s.

Email facility is getting a real bore!
Why does Google think its users all own/have the use of Mobile Phones.
I don't have one nor intend to get one.
I've managed 45 years before they became available and it made no difference to my life.
I'm getting fed up with being asked to Add my number to the email facility to "aid my security".

yes, they run a top rated search engine with all the bells and whistles attached but there is an obsession with trying to lock you into all their other services - yes, inform me but don't force me!
