superb prices and friendly professional service
i'd run out of metacam that 1 of my labradors Ben needs. i contacted viovet and told them of my predicament. i received a reply an hour later informing me that the medication my dog required had already been sent to me! it arrived less than 24 hours later! another example of the wonderful, efficient service from the friendly staff at viovets. i cannot recommend them highly enough.

Ordered a brand of dog food and received the goods 24 hours later. The couriers were excellent with up to dates either on email or texts.The added bonus was which hour slot you could expect your delivery, saved you having to wait in all day or it.Will definitely use again

Frontline for dogs
I got frontline for all my dogs from this website. It is easy to use and you pay with paypal which I think is great. No running around for my purse and having to fill in all the details. Onnce I had order my bits, I got an email confirming my purchase. Also a number to ring if I was not happy. The item was posted strait away and I got it withing 2 days. Super fast posting. This website will also remember what you have bought so next time I want some frontline it will be there for me no hunting around for it. The price was also very good. Up until now I have bought my frontline from a local shop. I got this al least 50% cheaper. I will be back again next time I need some frontline which will be in 4 months time. Another thing they will do for me is send me an reminder. Great for forgetful people like me. I would recommend this website for everybody.

Not Recommended
I used Viovet for the first time in April, due to my dog needing a veterinary diet for the first time. My order arrived with various itemed damaged, and Viovet refused to refund, and were only happy to credit my account with half the cost of damaged items, despite the fact that I emailed photos of the damage. I then tried to use the credit, and was charged postage. On receipt of 'Sensitive' treats, I realised they were 30% fat, this info. was not available on the website prior to ordering. I returned the items and was told that i would be charged 10% for reshelving the items. I wasn't actually charged this, and I was refunded - but I will not be using them again, as they really don't appear to be professional or caring.

A brand new web site to me
I found out about Viovet from my Vet. She reccomended I use this company as the medication my cat needed was very expensive from their supplier. I spoke to a very helpful young lady and ordered on the phone, faxed my prescription 10mins later an e-mail arrived telling me it was beind dispatched. The following day I received another e-mail with a delivery time of 11-59 to 12-59pm and it was delivered at noon. I would not hesitate to share this experience with everyone. You should not be disappointed with the service.

Very prompt delivery & excellent service.

Although I am very impressed with the prompt service you provide I have noticed that every time I order my dog food every couple of months the price has increased since the last time. The same 12k bag of food is now nearly £10 more than when I first ordered from you about a year ago. Should this happen next time, I will stop using you and go to my local supplier.

I forgot to re-order some medication for my 15 year old cat and was down to only 3 days remaining. I ordered from Viovet (10% cheaper than usual supplier) and emailed prescription and tablets arrived 8.30am the following morning. Brilliant and thanks to the Viovet team.

I trust my pet to VioVet
I have a stray cat who was very neglected and needed a lot of care and medication. The price of her medication from the vet was extortionate so I thought I would look on the internet. Eventually I decided to order from VioVet as the prices were very good and after purchasing a written prescription from my vet at the cost of £10.00, and the cost of the medication from VioVet, it still worked out much cheaper. Once I recieve the Prescription from the vet I order and pay on the VioVet website, get my order number which I write on my Prescription and post it off to VioVet. Meanwhile they get the prescription ready. Once they receive the prescription the medication is despatched very quickly. So all in all the whole procedure takes a couple of days and I am very happy with the service I have received from VioVet. I definately would recommend VioVet to anyone.

The dog gets home delivery!
I have used Vio vet twice now and both times they have been the cheapest option for my (old) dog's vet recommended specialist food and they' ve told me when the food will arrive, delivered to the door, at no extra charge. An excellent service, really pleased.

Outstanding in all their communication and service
I have just recieved Jemima's medication from Viovet. I ordered it and scanned in the prescription they make it so easy. They sent me an email to let me know the day it would arrive and time spot on. I really would recommend Viovet if you need anything for your pet. I will be asking my Vet for the next prescription as it saved me over £100 and as we are on a pension every little helps. Another thing was her needles came with a disposal bin very helpful. I tell everyone to try Viovet.
