I work for Vodafone, I am just a sales advisor but I feel its important to get a good understanding of our customers needs, I understand some of you have had some form of service from Vodafone that was not up to par, let me firstly take this moment to apologise sincerely for any bad experiences you may have had in store, on-line or over the phone, we are radically changing the way we deal with our customers not just in store but company wide, we have a number of new initiatives in place that will help to resolve some of the current issues you've been facing. We welcome every body and anybody, because we understand mobile phones are a big part of peoples lives, we try our absolute best to deliver excellent customer service, whether it be for a new connection, upgrade, repair, complaint or bill query. My manager is great and actively encourages customers to pop into store if they are having trouble getting things sorted. We are diligent, kind and helpful and where possible will try to resolve any problems in store at that time. Again I apologise to anyone who has not had the service they expected and invite you to come see us at any branch, I personally work at the Clapham Junction Branch, we are located at 67 St Johns road SW11 1QX.

I would give them zero out of five if I could.

My mother ended her £15 monthly contract with them in March, but they still decided to take money from her bank account.

They took £25 in April and are asking for £15 for March, she hasn't been using Vodafone for those months. It was pure chance that she spotted it or god knows how long they would have stole from her.

She will be sending a letter to her bank to cancel the direct debit from their end, and I suggest that anyone ending their contract with Vodafone do the same to make sure.

Poor service, poor support, and poorly stocked stores

Absolutely terrible service!
Was trying to transfer credit from a lost sim to a new one. Told I just need a new micro sim and could do it over the phone. Went to 2 different Vodafone stores to get micro sims and neither had them in stock. Had to go to an independant retailer

Then even with the new Sim the support staff couldn't help me with this transfer. After half an hour of trying to explain it to them I finally get transferred to another representative - wait on hold for 15 more minutes - and the moment I am connected and have told them my issue the line cuts out (or they just outright hung up on me)!

Furious! Have wasted more time trying to transfer 10 pounds credit than in all the problems I have had with other providers. Wish I never considered trying vodafone out!

shocking customer service

been with vodafone 16 hassle free years until now, vodafone i thought was a good company but you never find out how bad a company is until something goes wrong.
i ordered a upgrade to be delivered to my local store and having waited several weeks with no delivery i tried the old customer service route, big mistake! it felt like i was just being passed around from one call centre to another and not one could tell me where my phone was " even though it was classed as delivered on my tracking".
even tried the online chat advisors very rude indeed.
it's been 4 - 5 weeks now and still no phone yet being charge at the higher upgrade rate, the store was very unhelpful, even refusing to let me cancel the upgrade? yet at the same time agreeing that it was vodafone fault?
only option left now is to cancel my direct debit for all 4 of my phones, lets so if they can resolve the issue then.
never thought i'd be telling people to leave vodafone but if your're reading this then be mindful that one day it probably will happen to you.

Havhad a bad couple of days found out husband has cancer, then Vodafone phone offering a good deal for an upgrade £35 something unlimited calls text and 2 gb data not bad could have phone for free so agreed phone delivered next week. Email confirmation came through £42.00 not what I agreed. Phone the worse customer service ever eventually she said yes £35.70 for the monthly payment. I asked for email confirmation. The email came 600 minutes unlimited 500 what've data, I had not agreed this. Phone back on same day and said just cancel upgrade asked for email confirmation nothing sent Today another stressful day and then see email Vodafone confirming £42.00 upgrade. Spoke at length to the worse customer services and told cant cancel it Need to receive it. I don't see why not spent ages with one person transferred to another operator who was difficult to understand. He reiterates can't cancel until I receive it, I completely disagree I do not need the stress of more phone calls to poor customer service or the responsibility of returning phone. No cant cancel need to receive it. I asked to speak to manager I think he said 48 hours for someone to return call. I disgusted and will be changing service provider and that means family will follow. Second incident in less than two monts brought credit for granddaughter that never got resolved and they pocketed money steer away from Vodafone you are warned!

vodafone is big fraud!!!!!!

just found out i've been being charged admin fees on my monthly bills of £2.99 each, for five contracts excluding vat, and when i asked why they been charging me admin when i'm already being charged tax they said it's because i was not paying by direct debit!?! i been paying by direct debit to them for over five years and when i complained they offered me back a flimsy £60...wot a joke i'm still trying to work out how much i'm owed but i been ripped off bad ways...
if your takin out a contract check out these details these people are scorpions..be careful
and they also increased my £17 contract to £35 without my knowledge. hope this helps out u guys n u decide to not get contract with them. i just cancelled all my contracts with them they big fraud...

Possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with. Been with them since they first started trading, and every year I make the same statement "Never again" but I fall into the same trap year on year, but not this time. If they were the only mobile provider in the UK, I would NOT have a mobile. Contract ends soon thank goodness.

Attitude, couldn't care less if you stay or go, if they don't like what they hear on the phone, they transfer and then disconnect, it is a farce.

If they are taking money they are fine, mind, having said that, when I checked my account after last upgrade, they added five years to my contract!! (They changed back eventually as they had "Made a mistake")

There is clearly an apathy within the company from grassroots right to the top, and they know you won't complain as it get lost in the "Departments"

People really need to do the talking by walking, it's the only way they will listen as they currently believe that those that leave will not make a impact on their employment, so it's a case of "so what"

One guy there that does seem to want to help is a Gerard Smith, if they were all like him then Vodafone would much improve, but don't hold your breath) But I guess he's one of those few and far between.

Daylight robbery

Be warned unlimited data usage at home is not applied to europe. Just received 227.00 in data roaming charges, as a gesture of good will VF said they would refund 10%, which I was not happy with. I now read on watchdog and EU websites that there is a 50 Euro monthly cap on data roaming charges. Are VF contravening my human rights? So I have made 2 complaints via phone and internet chat and now an email.

Worst Website Ever Made

The links dont work. The password reset facility is a farcical. The chat advisors cant write in English. The website says I can change my plan, yay, but there is no way to change it on the website lol.

How can someone get paid to make this website, never known anything like it. Only came on to cancel my G\Fs account and even that cant be done online.

I wouldn't recommend this company to my worse enemies! They have been ever so bad managing my account. two incidents. First they have continued charging a secondary phone line over several months and until I realised they owed me up to 200 pounds. Second, after cancelling my main mobile line, they are NOW still taking payments out of my account. Even though I talk to them they don't solve the problem! I am so angry and boiling! Very unprofessional

So far so good...

Got my new HTC One with vodafone today, I must admit I wasn't too convinced to have a contract with them after reading all the reviews here, but I have been positively surprised! Young gentleman (wearing glasses, can;t remember his name) who helped me in the store (Rugby town center) was ever so helpful, he'd new what he was talking about and recognized the fact that I know a bit about phones my self (spared me all the rubbish talk about 4G and how more expensive deals would suit me better...). Everything was sorted in the store and he sort out the number transfer for me as well...I guess it's like everywhere else, it all depends who you'll end up dealing with..

In one word...Disgusting!

Being on a contract with vodaphone I have experienced nothing but trouble with not being able to use my phone in the house even though my partner is on the same contract and his phone works fine. When my phone stopped charging and would not switch on they said they would repair it and return, when it was returned it was still broken and would not charge, again they said they would send another reconditioned one out and replace it. They then replaced It with a phone which had a cracked screen, this time they apologised and said they would send another reconditioned one out, It arrived and to add insult to injury it would not switch on or charge, By this point 3 weeks later, I was furious and my partner contacted them and said this was not acceptable so now they are going to replace it with a new phone. But It has not arrived today as they said it would, and I have waited in 5 days already for these useless phones. In total I have been without a phone for 4 weeks because of their incompetences, so If they mention the word reconditioned it means broken!!! Totally disgusted sums up my experience with vodaphone.

Useless and unhelpful

I asked Vodafone to lower my price plan as I couldn't afford to pay the full amount. They all just said there is nothing they could do and told me to wait it out. I now have 5 months left on my price plan. I went to Vodafone and asked to cancel and again they said there is nothing they could do. I asked to lower my price plan and still no help at all. Lowering your price plan after 12 months is a service every other phone provider offers! So there is nothing I can do but wanted to tell everyone how useless they are and not to use them. I will wait it out till the en of my contract but will never ever use them or recommend to anyone. Rant over!

avoid like the plague!

I recently spent a week in London as a tourist from NYC. Before leaving the US I called Vodafone in London and told them I wanted a sim card for my iPhone so that I could use it to tether my laptop (I wanted to use my phone as a hotspot for my laptop). They told me that their "international freebie" card would be perfect for this purpose. When I got to Heathrow I bought the sim card, they installed it, and all was supposedly great. As I was leaving the terminal the salesperson caught up with me and apologized, saying that they had just realized the tethering plan wouldn't work. I followed him back to the shop, and they told me that I'd also need to buy a dongle. They didn't have them in stock, so the next day I bought one in the city. I initially had 500Mb of data, which the Vodafone salesperson assured me would be enough for a week of websurfing, email, and Facebook (no movies or music streaming). I attached the dongle that evening and it worked fine. That first night I spent perhaps two hours online. The next evening, after another sightseeing day, I returned to my hotel and went online again, and after about an hour the dongle disconnected, telling me I had exhausted the data plan! I was in shock--this 500MB of data had run out in around 3 hours. Vodafone customer service isn't available after 8, so I had to wait until the next day to contact them. They were very unhelpful, saying they had no way to know what I was doing online, etc. Insult to injury, while a foreign credit card was perfectly fine to purchase their sim card and dongle, it wasn't acceptable as a way to top up online or over the phone! So I went to a tobacco shop and bought a $50BP voucher, and, unbelievably, this lasted for about three more hours!! What an incredible rip-off! Once connected, the counter would show data download when there was nothing at all running on the computer--the browser closed, no updates, no email programs running. I called to complain about this and while waiting for someone to answer, the counter showed I had used 20Mb of data!!

I would say avoid Vodafone dongles or data plans like the plague. They're a scam, pure and simple.

18 days without being able to use my mobile... and counting!

I got a pay as you go from Vodafone 2 months ago. On 28/1 I transferred my number from O2 to Vodafone and I was not able to access to the data when I left to Brazil on 31/1. When I got back from Brazil on 16/2 the mobile was not working.
1. I called Vodafone on 17/2 and they told me it was not working because I changed the international bar option online. It would take no more than 48 hours to fix it. After 2 days it was not working and they didn’t tell me anything.
2. On 21/2 I called Customer Service again and they told me that there was a problem in the network associated with my number and it would take no more than 72 hours to fix it. There were 200 people with a similar problem. After 3 days it was not working and they didn’t tell me anything. And me switching on and off the mobile every couple of hours… I am not able to call them everyday, I need to work…
3. On 26/2 I was able to speak with them again and they said it was a problem in my SIM card, to go to a shop and they would fix it.
4. Since then I went a couple of times to a shop and they say that they are upgrading the Pay-as-you-go system from whatever to Siebel. THE FIRST TIME THEY TOLD ME THE SYSTEM WAS DOWN; THEY SAID THE SYSTEM WOULD BE RUNIG IN NO MORE THAN AN HOUR. THE SYSTEM IS ALREADY DOWN FOR A WEEK AND IT WILL STAY DOWN VERY LIKELY UNTIL THE END OF THE MONTH. THEY SAY THAT DURING THIS PERIOD I WON'T BE ABLE TO GET MY PAC TO TRANSFER TO OTHER OPERATOR AS WELL...
5. They told me that the only thing they could do was to give me a temporary number... and they still want me to pay the internet access of this number... I HAVE NO IDEA HOW MUCH MONEY (MY COMPANY) ALREADY SPENT CALLING THEM AND HOW MANY HOURS I SPENT DEALING WITH THIS... APART FORM MY FRIENDS NOT BEING ABLE TO CALL ME… AND THEY STIL WANT TO CHARGE ME £5 FOR THE INTERNET ACCESS?
6. Every time call them I wait at least half an hour to speak with Customer Service. There was an occasion in which I waited 2 hours and I gave up.
7. I have an IPhone 5, I've used this handset with my Portuguese number and I had no problems at all. ALL THE PROBLEMS ARE IN THE NETWORK, NOT IN THE HANDSET, THEY NEVER DISPUTED THAT.

I've never had such a bad experience with any other operator. I have my UK number for 12 years and I do not want to use any other number. I am customer of Vodafone Portugal for 13 years and I am thinking of leaving Vodafone Portugal as well a protest (since Vodafone UK I cannot leave it now).

I AM 38 YEARS OLD AND I'VE NEVER HAD SUCH A BAD SERVICE FROM ANY COMPANY EVER. 18 DAYS WITHOUT BEING ABLE TO USE MY NUMBER AND STILL TELLING ME THAT I WON'T BE ABLE TO KNOW WHO CALLED ME DURING THIS PERIOD!!!! AT THE MOMENT I JUST WANT MY NUMBER BACK!!!!!

Customer care is Appaling

I have just come out of a year and a half ombudsman dispute with Vodafoen, which they finaly admitted liability. However i decided to take up their usage again due our Companies employee advantage discount, i wanted the ipad, so upgraded, applied online as per terms and conditions for my discount, and got back a reject, it took weeks of emails to finaly get acknowledgment of their breaking thier own t&Cs but no appology, in fact, because i had delayed paying for the incorrectly priced paln they refused to apply the discount again. They broke the rules but then tried to turn it on me. Im due a phone upgrade but this has left me in serious doubt, Seeing as a college on t mobile upgraded to a new Nokia and got much better deal includidng unlimited internet for £4 less than vodafone who dont offer anywhere near the usage for the price and coverage is as good.

Signed 2 years contract with vodafone ,after 8 months I found vodafone unusable when I enter any building no signal nothing work....all other network working fine in my workplace except me with vodafone ,,,after so many complain have been made nothing done anytime I call this what I get back ( switch from 3G to 2g ) which I did but it doesn't work I call again ( they said change my handset ) which nothing wrong with it...after 8 frustrating months I found out their network is crap ..I continuous pay 26.60 a month which unusable in my workplace until the end of the contract..in the mean time I got sim only this time from tmobile and it work in those places which vodacrap doesn't work oh wait also have full signal from the same handset which vodacrap thought was faulty one .so many work mates already left vodacrap .. .....THINK AGAIN BEFORE JOIN THEM ...AVOID CHEAP OFFER

Helpful in every way

I have never had a problem with Vodafone. As I am self employed and get paid at weird intervals, occasionally I need a bit of time to pay my partners, mine and an iPad bill (all on 1 account). Every single time I've had a problem, they've been extremely helpful and very understanding. I have 2 children and work away most of time so need my phone. I agree they are a bit pricey but I've never been helped by any other phone company in this way. Also me and my partner get loyalty offers as we have stuck with them now for a few years and will continue to do so. Even when I went to Caribbean to work, I recieved a bill of 450£ but I'd asked for an extra before I left to be out on to my number to get cheap calls from Caribbean. Turns out it was from uk to Caribbean that was put on my account. Got a refund of 350£ with one phone call. Absolutely brilliant and can see us being with Vodafone for a long time.

Been with Vodafone for around 15 years... Moved to orange. Because Vodafone ignored my request to stop marketing.. Vodafone broke so many rules. Data protection act etc.. Was sick of Vodafone had to write to there CEO and was released out of my contract. Also there customer services is none excistant.. Buyer beware

Charging for Free handset

I upgraded my contract with them which included free Iphone 4s then they tried to charge me 3 times for it. each time refunding money but after loooong and stresful arguments! I hate them never get involve with them! Now after very stressful few months with them I want to leave because I m so unhappy but they want to charge me £533! I really do think they are the worst company ever! They should learn from first Direct customer service!

Horrible Unacceptable and Ripping Off Services!! Never ever dare to think about signing a contract with Vodafone a gain!!!

I have been on a 12 month contract for £10.50/month for about 4 months now and have been over charged for every single months. Non of the bills are below £20 and the latest one cost me £71.60!!
Was told that I was charged about £50 for a number of calls that I made but were not answered, sometimes directed to voice mails. I asked them why did I have to pay for the calls that I didnt even get an answered? Also, they said most of these calls were made for just a few seconds like 2-3 seconds/ each and I got charged a whole full minute for each of them. How come they start timing the call when the other phone does not answer? and why charge the whole 1 minute while they are all just a couple of seconds long?
With all that questions, what I got was an unrespectful and unresponsive answer that this was all my fault, if I didnt go over my minutes I wouldnt have been charged that much, and Vodafone has nothing to do with this.
The network is also horrible, for many times I were not able to make or receive calls at all and was told that was because of my phone, not their faults @.@
Wanted to cancel the contract but they said I would have to pay full amount of the rest of the contract plus the cancelling service charge which goes up to over £100.
Being a Vodafone' customer is such a longest nightmare ever!!!!

Appalling customer service and shoddy online services

Always had problems with online account - most of the services which would be great tools if they worked.....were always unavailable - such as usage analysis. My online account was totally deleted twice by Vodafone. I changed my name by marriage, they wouldnt channge my name without seeing marriage licence which i took into a store so they could update records.....but still my account remained in my maiden name. calls to customer services are redirected to call centre in another country - I believe Egypt. The people receiving the calls dont give a toss about the info they give you and just a simple request involves being on hold for 6 minutes, being given wrong info, and then them getting even my first name wrong !! Totally incompetent. I have now ended my contract and gone to a better provider.

Threaten Vodafone with legal action but by no means join them

Vodafone has conducted serious fraud by continuing to add new customers to their network across Greater London and beyond, despite having far exceeded their network capacity. You can submit all the repair requests and complaints you want but you will not get them to respond with anything other than "we're looking into it".

Please, by all means, fill out the petition below, but do NOT under any circumstances order a contract with them, as their service is not usable anywhere in downtown London during the working day.

Very poor for internet and incompetent staff.

Staff are very unhelpful and generally just say 'i don't know' and their singal coverge is poor. 3G coverage is non existent, with every other netwerk getting full bars 3G in my house, and i have to be next to the window to gain any signal (not 3G) at all, and the same goes for my entire city.
went into the vodafone store to see what they had to say about the signal, and the response i got was 'well your on half bars 3G now, and your inside' to which my response was 'do you have a sure signal? because you do, and it is about 2 feet away, so they fact that if walk another 2 feet away ill loose 3G just shows how poor that service is aswell' to which she replied 'yes, we do have a suresignal, you can purchase one if you like?'
no, i will not purchase extra merchandise to be able to use a contract i pay well over £40 for!

i have been trying for 3 days to contact vodaphone for a dear little lady who has paid vodaphone£108-20p and just because she hasn used her phone they have taken her phone out of action, she has been putting more money on her card and didnt know she had to keep useing her phone to keep it going,as she is well over 80 and vodaphone will not answer her calls how can you get them to answer a call any help would be appreciated call07919831765.thanks will be going to localconsumer radio on monday.

Rude and Poor Customer Service AGAIN

Four years ago, the last time I ordered a new phone from Vodafone, I had a nightmare of a time. Phone didn't arrive, billed the wrong amount, you name it, it went on for weeks!. This time I was promised delivery on 31st Dec. on the phone, by two texts and by email. (Email sent 30th Dec.). When I turned my phone on on 31st Dec. I received a text saying it will be delivered on 2nd Jan. I phoned 191 and spoke to a very rude person who argued with me about everything, showed no customer focus or empathy. She said it was an automatic system and I shouldn't have been told 31st Dec. BUT I WAS TOLD 31st DEC, then texted twice, then emailed. This is what happened before and the phone didn't arrive for ages. When I pointed out that the amount shown online was incorrect, I was told that is because the discount will be shown on the bill. I was told that last time as well and guess what happened... I was billed the wrong amount. Four years have passed and they are still doing exactly the same thing. She asked if I wanted to raise a Pier Issue (or something). Later she explained that that meant a complaint about the first person I spoke to. I said yes and she said okay she would do it, but I was not able to raise a formal complaint over the phone! Have raised that via email. I expect that I will cancel my contract with Vodafone over this, not for the error, anyone can make lots of mistakes, but for the attitude of their customer services people.

poor service, poor company

absolutely the worst phone company, poor service, absolutely no help, my Blackberry 9900 which is a £450 phone was replaced because it was faulty, with a BROKEN phone i.e the speaker didn't work or roller ball, then when i asked them to replace it i was told id have to wait up to 10 days to replace it. when i said this isnt good enough as i pay £50 a month for my phone and insurance i finally spoke to customer services who agreed to bring me a new phone to my house. yeah, well when that got here it was a curve 9300, one of the oldest blackberrys they do. when i phoned them back up i was passed to approximately 30 people, 70% couldnt even speak proper english, the first person we spoke to was even saying to his friend whilst on the phone to us, how he was finishing in 5 minutes so didnt care. to then be told my phone had been discontinued. they could not replace my phone with anything above the value of £400. not impressed at all! go to O2!!!

Vodafone don't trust them as their customer service is diabolical. Promises always broken!!!!!!!!! Phone calls never returned, emails unanswered, outsourced call centres who can't make a simple decision. Now switching to a competitor. Offered a goodwill £25, what an insult.

Makes promises they can't deliver - literally!

Phoned customer services on Friday as I was considering changing to another network for the iPhone 5, they persuaded me to stay by offering me a really good deal and saying they could get me an iPhone 5 by Monday (today).

I realise it is the busiest time of year for deliveries, but I was told that if I paid for next day delivery I would receive my new phone on Monday. I've been checking the status of my order on the delivery company's (DPD) website and it hasn't even been picked up yet. Called Vodafone and they confirmed that it hadn't been picked up yet and it I wouldn't receive it until Thursday and they said all they can do is refund my delivery charge - but that doesn't help as I still don't have my phone!

I know it's really busy, but so should they! So don't promise something you can't deliver!

I went to take out a contract with them, got accepted and that's when the trouble began, waited over a week for my new phone and heard nothing, Called and spoke to their online chat team several times, only to be told something different every time (i.e, it has been dispatched it will be in store for you tomorrow, It is out of stock, We cannot find your order) The website rarely works especially the order tracker. Finally got a dispatch email....3 days later I head down to my local store to see what is happening to find it has gone missing....Got home Spoke to online team who cut me off..phoned call centre who also cut me off when I told them to cancel, management is beyond a joke they do not care about the customer. Refused many times to cancel the order, when I threatened legal action though they could suddenly cancel it, asked for proof of cancellation in the form of an email, never got it...2 more chats and finally got it. Now to see if they dare bill me for this....if so it is theft!!!!!!

Never ever again. THINKING OF VODAFONE THINK AGAIN.

More expensive than the others and the signal is certainly not as good as the new EE, T-mobile/Orange. I have had the unfortunate misfortune of dealing with Vodafone Customer Services. They should rename it BAD CUSTOMER SERVICES or we don't care about our customers.com. They do not answer your emails, they fail to return calls, their staff are not able to deviate from their scripts. They do not follow their complaints procedure. I have been lied to, they prolong complaints and do not give you an answer and do not appologise for the bad experience you have had.

I used to be a T-mobile customer and the biggest regret I have was changing over. I can wait until this contract is finished!!!!!

You have an issue, in a nutshell..... THEY DON'T CARE.

Used their dongles, felt ripped off & were really very poor. Eventually cancelled but they were really very interested in the whole affair!

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

I have been with Vodafone for well over 15 years and I would have never considered changing provider.... until now. I traded in my old I phone 4 for an I phone 5 on 2nd October, the man in the Vodafone shop asked if I would like my money paid into my bank account or off my bill. I asked if this could come off my bill thinking this would offset the additional money for my I:phone 5. My bill has come in and no sign of the money. I have been in contact with Vodafone for over a week and only one person, yesterday was able to say that this could take up to 60 days! The buy back team (who are not Vodafone by the way) paid Vodafone for my phone on 26th October, Vodafone are saying that as I asked for the money to come off my bill this is the only thing they can do! two things here, firstly, I was not advised of how long it potentially take to get the money off my bill when I traded in my phone as I would never have suggested it came off my bill and secondly, why are Vodafone being so inflexible, their customer service team sound like they are reading from a script and have no clue how to respond. I wanted to make a complaint and they insisted I speak to a manager first, this was 2 days ago, I am still waiting for the call form them, I will be speaking to my legal team.

Treated like crap!

I've been a Vodafone customer for about 20 years but when I needed to change my name following my divorce I was treated like crap! I rang to ask what to do and was told to take my deed poll to the Vodafone shop. When I got there they refused to accept it although absolutely everywhere else had already accepted it. The grounds for not accepting it were that it didn't have a crest on it although they couldn't tell me what crest they wanted. I was very humiliated by the assistants attitude in a busy shop.

Worst Service Ever

I went abroad, and miss one direct debit and they sent me a letter of £229, as they cancelled the service, But i never cancelled the service. I will be writing a letter to ofcom and trading standards for blackmailing customers

My order went well - until delivery day.
Vodafone have stupidly given the delivery contract to some shambles of an outfit called DPD who (going by thousands of similar experiences) are a complete liability.

No phone, no reply, nothing.

Wasted a day spent waiting for nothing.

I'm off to another provider.

Vodafone are by far the best network. I have used Tesco, orange, O2, three and t-mobile. Tesco is basically a cheaper version of O2; both have issues with signal if in countryside. T-mobile just has issues all round. Orange has signal issues and three just does not have packages I can get on with. Vodafone gives me good signal in countryside. Has no issues. Has package I like and PLUS they take care of their customers.
